Education

As a main pillar of our organisation, Education permeates all that we do and is a fundamental component in many of our programmes. While much of our work engages children and young people who face challenges in mainstream education, we cater for every individual’s needs, including gifted and talented young people and those who just need an extra incentive to improve performance.

“Positive change occurs when adults do things with young people rather than to them or for them.”

Our education programme engages children and young people from 5 years old to adulthood in a wide range of projects, many of which lead to valuable qualifications. Engagements vary from a single day to 36 week programmes, with qualifications connected to sport, personal development and employability skills. Qualification levels range from Foundation Learning to Level 3 Apprenticeships and we are approved to deliver courses for many of the leading awarding bodies.

Our overarching aim is to increase opportunity and access to education for all – our method is to make education interesting and enjoyable, whatever the intended outcome.
